皮膚科学講座

愛知医科大学皮膚科学講座では，悪性腫瘍，膠原病，重症薬疹をはじめとする種々の難治性皮膚疾患から，アトピー性皮膚炎，蕁麻疹といったcommon skin diseasesの診療を行なうとともに，各種基礎，臨床研究を行ない，臨床，研究の両面から次世代をになう若い皮膚科医の育成を目指しています。

教室全体で若い医師の育成, 専門医・指導医の取得に向けて取り組んでいます。研修期間中は診療科の検討会には出席の義務があり，必要に応じ他科の検討会にも参加可能です。また，所属科責任指導者の指示下に，形成外科など他科の手術にも参加できます。

更に皮膚科専門医の綿密な連携のもと5年間の皮膚科後期研修プログラムを運用しています。このコースは終了時点で, 必ず皮膚科専門医を取得させるという明確な目的を持った研修です。

1. 皮膚ヘルペスウイルス感染症の研究では，PCR,LAMP法を用いた核酸診断法による感染症の診断，また皮膚疾患との関わりについての研究や名古屋大学との共同研究で単純ヘルペスウイルスを用いた腫瘍溶解療法(ウイルスによるがんの治療)の研究を行っています。
2. 多汗症および無汗症の臨床的研究では，イオントフォレーシス，ボツリヌス毒素局注などを用いた掌蹠多汗症の新しい治療法の開発の研究をしています。
3. 皮膚細胞外マトリックスの自然免疫における役割についての研究
4. アトピー性皮膚炎の臨床的研究では，漢方も取り入れた幅広い分野で最適な治療法を提供するための研究を行っています。
