QDCan the EMS Helicopter (Dr. Heli) land and take off at any place?

ADThe helicopter is capable of landing and taking off at a small vacant place without blocking objects around.

Parks, school grounds, riverbanks, etc. near the emergency site are used as temporary heliports. The helicopter does not need any dedicated facilities like airports. (Ambulances sprinkle school grounds, etc. with water ahead of the landing/takeoff, but the helicopter may stir up some sand and dust on occasion. We apologize for the possible inconvenience to neighboring residents, and request their understanding.)
