Our hospital is your second home

We are committed to patient care as excellent as your own family's. Basically, bedside care is all provided by licensed nurses.  All the medical staff aim to take care of you with affection and specialties to make your stay  as comfortable as your own home.

Meals

Breakfast is served at 8:00, lunch at 12:00 and dinner at 18:00. Meals are specially prepared to meet each patient's condition.

Temporary leave from the hospital

Doctor's permission is required to leave or stay overnight outside the hospital during hospitalization.

Laundry

Coin-operated laundry machines (washer and dryer) are available at three locations inside the hospital.

Bath / shower

Please consult your doctor or nurse if you would like to take a bath or shower.

Light out

Lights are turned off at 21:00 for a good night's sleep.

Postal service

A post office and a mailbox are located inside the hospital. Please indicate room and ward numbers when you send a mail to our patients.

Television

A televisions is located at each patient bed. Please use earphones when you watch TV.

Public telephone

Pay phones are located in the lobby on each floor. Please understand that we do not transfer incoming calls to patients except the case of emergency.

Newspapers and books

Newspapers are available at the hospital shop on the first floor and also from vending machines next to the bookstore on the third floor.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited while you are inside the hospital.

Mobile phones

Use of wireless phones is limited to the in-house PHS only. Please switch off your mobile phone inside the hospital.

Emergency

In case of an emergency such as earthquake or fire, the hospital staff will guide you to evacuate. Please follow their instructions calmly.

Attentions

During hospitalization, please follow instructions of our doctors, nurses and other hospital staff.

  • Please be considerate not to disturb other patients in the patient's room.
  • Please notify the Office of Admission and Release immediately when there is any change in your insurance (retirement or change of address, for example).
  • Please watch out for fire to prevent any accident.
  • Tips and gifts to the hospital staff are not accepted under any circumstances.
  • Please consult with your doctor or nurses when you feel any inconvenience during hospitalization.
