Procedure for Hospital Admission

Hospitalization brings a number of anxieties to patients as well as  their families. Even if it is your first admission to a hospital, there is no need to worry - just follow the instructions of our staff.

First, please take an outpatient examination.

Based on the result of physical examinations, an attending doctor may give you an instruction for hospitalization.

Fill in an admission application form (name, address, phone number) at the Outpatient Reception.

Our outpatient receptionist will call and inform you of the date and time of admission at a later date (the schedule may be decided at the time of application).

* Please call the Outpatient Reception in case of rescheduling or cancellation of your hospitalization.

On the first day of your hospitalization, please visit the reception desk (5), the Office of Admission and Release. Have all the necessary documents with you.

* Please bring your insurance card; otherwise, full expenses for hospitalization will be charged to patients themselves.
* Hospitalization due to a motor vehicle accident or a work-related injury requires a different type of insurance such as compulsory automobile liability insurance and labor insurance. Please notify us if this applies to you.
